SERVICES OVERVIEW
What We Offer
ODC-Approved Status
Our notary office is recognized under Ontario’s Official Document Certification (ODC) standards. This status confirms that we are authorized to certify true copies and notarize documents in accordance with provincial and federal regulations. Our certified documents are accepted by all Ontario regulatory bodies, government ministries (like MTO, Service Canada, IRCC), and foreign consulates.
Immigration, Citizenship & Travel
We assist with IRCC statutory declarations (e.g., IMM 5409), sponsorship letters, and passport forms (guarantor declarations, name discrepancies). We also handle travel consent letters for minors (single or dual parent) and certify true copies for immigration or citizenship files.
Education & Credentials
We certify copies of diplomas, transcripts, and support bundles for WES or other credential assessors. We also commission OSAP affidavits and notarize academic records for international use.
Core Notarial Services
We provide notarization of signatures, administration of oaths/affirmations, and statutory declarations. We can witness signatures and issue certified true copies of original documents.
International Use and Apostille
We offer end-to-end apostille facilitation for documents destined abroad (Hague Apostille country-compliant). We can provide country-specific packaging, including cover sheets and bilingual clauses, as well as tracked international courier services.
Business, Real Estate & Estates
We notarize affidavits of execution, director/officer certificates, and corporate records. We specialize in out-of-province real estate documents, wills, and powers of attorney witnessing (where prepared by a lawyer-notary).
MTO & Service Canada
We handle sworn statements for vehicle transfers (used/family gift), affidavits of ownership, and name-change affidavits. We also commission Service Canada forms (EI, CPP, OAS) and "Proof of Life" certificates.
Community Services (Russian / Русскоязычные)
Для русскоговорящих клиентов:
